A Chorus for Emma.

A Chorus for Emma.

Following on from my preview of the concert to celebrate the life of Emma Kerr, which took place in Greyfriars Kirk on Sunday 27th April. I am delighted to report that the church was full, a brilliant concert took place and a lot more money was raised for the scholarship to allow young Scottish mezzos to study at the Oxenfoord Summer School in St Andrews.

A brilliant £15,700 has been raised so far.

Would our readers be prepared to add to this fund by going to www.achorusforemma.co.uk and leaving a donation? This is a great cause, a celebration after a tragedy, and a chance to help young Scottish singers.
