Book Launch: A Singer’s Life

‘A Singer’s Life -The Journal of a Modern Troubador’

by Brian-Bannatyne-Scott

I’m delighted to invite our EMR readers to the official launch of my book of memoirs, A Singer’s Life, at 7pm on Wednesday 29th April at the Edinburgh Bookshop, 176, Bruntsfield Place, EH10 4DF. Tickets are free and can be obtained at the Edinburgh Bookshop website/events.

‍Come along and enjoy a glass of wine while I talk to the excellent author of the ‘Miss Blaine’s Prefect’ novels, Olga Wojtas, about my career as an opera singer over four decades.

‍ I’ll read a few extracts from the book, which started life as a Blog on the EMR during Lockdown, and we’ll play some tracks from my discography.

‍There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and I will be signing copies of the book at the end. You can order a copy of the book, priced £16.99, when you register on the website www.edinburghbookshop.com .

‍Please come along. It will be great to meet some of our readers face to face. The event will last about an hour and a half.
